The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, is requesting quotes for fire, smoke, and automatic door inspection, maintenance, and repair services at the Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center, 4101 S. 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS 66048. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 541350 (size standard $11.5 million), PSC J056. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with five 12-month ordering periods (60 months), estimated to start November 1, 2026. This acquisition uses FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures.
