What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you give us.
If you create an account, we collect:
- Your name and email address.
- Your password, which we store only in a scrambled (hashed) form that can't be turned back into the password.
- Anything you add to your business profile, such as your company name, UEI, CAGE code, state, NAICS codes, certifications, and the kinds of work you do.
- The opportunities you save and the stage you put them in.
- Security records: when you signed in, and short-lived counts of recent sign-in attempts (kept for about a day) so we can block password guessing.
Cookies
We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. It holds a random code, not your personal information. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your information to run your account, to find opportunities that fit your business, to email you about your account (for example, password reset links), and, if you joined the waitlist, to contact you about FedReady early access, launch, and pricing. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, and we don't send your profile to SAM.gov or any government agency.
Who else handles it
We use service providers to host the website, store our database, and deliver email. They process your information only on our behalf.
Deleting your information
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. That permanently removes your account, business profile, and saved opportunities. You can also ask to be removed from the waitlist, or to have any of your information deleted, by emailing hello@fedready.us.
Government data
FedReady is an independent company and is not affiliated with SAM.gov or any government agency. Contract opportunity information shown in FedReady comes from public data published by the U.S. government.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update this page and email account holders.
