What to write to us about

• Questions about using FedReady, a plan, or a bill. Tell us the email address on your account so we can find it.
• Something wrong on a page: a figure that doesn't match SAM.gov, a broken link, or a mistake in a guide. Send the address of the page. For anything about a specific notice, the notice on SAM.gov is the source of truth.
• Removing a contractor profile. Our contractor pages are built from public SAM.gov registrations. If you want yours taken down, write from an address at the company and tell us which page.
• An accessibility problem. See our accessibility statement.
• Deleting your account and data. You can do it yourself under Account settings, or ask us. The privacy policy explains what we keep.

Who you're writing to

FedReady is run by Cyrus Hakimi, a sole proprietor in North Carolina (the terms have the details). It's an independent company, not part of SAM.gov or any government agency, so we can't help with a SAM.gov registration problem. The Federal Service Desk is the place for that, and our registration errors guide covers the common ones.
