Things to watch
- Minor: Sources sought only, not a solicitation. Replying does not place you in a competition or guarantee a later solicitation; the VA uses answers to plan how to buy.
- Minor: Work inside an operating laundry building. Conduit and fixtures must avoid conveyors, laundry equipment and fire protection systems, and some signs go at lower heights, so planning on site matters for pricing later.
- Minor: Several costs excluded from the scope. Permit fees, drywall repair and painting, ceiling or wall finish repairs, access panel installation and changes to existing electrical breakers are excluded unless added by contract modification.
