Things to watch (4)
From the version posted Oct 23, 2026.
- Worth checking: Reference description names different work. The reference request asks for similar equipment operations, maintenance and repair services, while the work described is grounds, tree and pest control; ask what counts as similar.
- Worth checking: Questionnaire spreadsheet attached but not read. Responses must be made on the Excel questionnaire (Attach_2_MCBH Pest Control and Grounds Maintenance Svs_Questionnaire.xlsx), which was attached but not read here; read it before responding.
- Minor: Set-aside not yet decided. The Government will pick the set-aside method (such as small business, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB or WOSB) after seeing responses, so reporting your size status accurately matters.

- Minor: Size standard of $9.5 million a year. The notice gives an annual size standard of $9.5 million for NAICS 561730, so a firm over that average yearly revenue may not count as a small business.
