Things to watch
From the version posted Oct 30, 2026.
- Serious: Veteran-owned set-aside expected. Only SBA-certified SDVOSB or VOSB firms are expected to be able to bid; the SAM.gov field lists SDVOSB only, while the text names both SDVOSB and VOSB.
- Worth checking: Market research only. No award comes from this notice; a separate solicitation will follow if VA proceeds, and you must respond to that too.
- Minor: Davis-Bacon wages may apply. Because NAICS 238220 is construction, the contract may carry Davis-Bacon wage determinations (minimum wages for construction trades).
