GSA is reopening its OASIS+ Unrestricted solicitation, a multi-agency contract vehicle for professional services (Amendment 0008). It is continuously open, so new companies can join on a rolling basis and existing holders can add domains. Offers go through the OASIS+ Symphony Portal, and there is no fixed award timeline.
Watch out for
- Heavy qualification paperwork. The RFP package lists many forms, including project verification, past performance, cost/price and financial data templates, so a proposal takes substantial effort.
Project Verification Form
- No fixed award timeline. You may wait a long time for a decision, and the vehicle itself does not guarantee any task orders.
There is no fixed timeline for award
- Unrestricted version, not a small business set-aside. This unrestricted solicitation has no set-aside, so small businesses are judged against all offerors.
