Some details are in the notice's attachments, which this summary didn't read. Check the attachments on SAM.gov.
GSA is running a continuously open solicitation for the OASIS+ HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside, a multi-agency IDIQ contract for professional services. Offerors can propose for one or more domains and submit through the OASIS+ portal. GSA has already announced its first Phase II apparent awardees and says it will keep taking new offers (rolling admissions).
Watch out for
- Complex multi-part proposal. Offers rely on many attachments (domain qualifications matrix and scorecards, project verification forms, cost/price template), which takes significant preparation.
J.P-3 Project Verification Form
- Missing the SF 30 deadline can end a pending offer. Pending offerors who did not upload the signed SF 30 by the deadline may become ineligible.
Failure to submit the signed SF30 by the stated deadline may result in the offer being ineligible for further consideration.
- No fixed award timeline. You may wait a long time for a decision, and this contract only gives access to task orders rather than guaranteed work.
There is no fixed timeline for award
