GSA is running a continuously open on-ramp for OASIS+, a large multiple-award IDIQ vehicle for professional services, reserved for small businesses. Companies can submit one proposal covering multiple domains through the OASIS+ portal, and there is no fixed award timeline. This notice is Amendment 0009 and mostly covers updated attachments and how existing offerors acknowledge the amendment.
Watch out for
Heavy proposal effort with no fixed award timeline. Offers are scored against domain qualification matrices and past performance verification, and award timing depends on proposal volume. There is no fixed timeline for award; timelines will vary based on the volume of proposals received
Missing the SF 30 deadline can disqualify a pending offer. Existing offerors who do not upload the signed SF 30 by the stated date may be dropped from consideration. Failure to submit the signed SF30 by the stated deadline may result in the offer being ineligible for further consideration.
This is a contract vehicle, not a direct work order. Winning a place on OASIS+ only gives you the right to compete for task orders later; it does not guarantee any work.
Read from the notice text only.
