Things to watch (4)
From the version posted Oct 19, 2026.
- Serious: Government lacks the technical data; you must have access to it. A firm without its own or authorized access to the technical data, software and documentation, or a plan to get it, may not be considered capable.
- Serious: Security clearance and classified handling. Responses must describe facility and personnel security for classified information and hardware, which a small business without clearances may not meet.
- Minor: Information only, not a solicitation. Responding does not lead to an award by itself, and the Government pays nothing for response preparation.

- Minor: Not open to subcontracting inquiries. This notice is not a place to ask about subcontracting opportunities.
