The 419th Contracting Support Brigade at Fort Bragg, NC plans multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements for commercial range services supporting the Army's Joint Innovation Outpost. Contractors must provide existing facilities such as live-fire ranges, shoot houses and training villages within a 90-mile driving radius of Fort Bragg. The plan is one base year plus four option years, with up to 8 BPA holders and an estimated maximum of $9,000,000 across all calls.
Watch out for
Requires existing specialized training facilities. You must already operate live-fire ranges, shoot houses or similar sites near Fort Bragg, which is a major capital requirement. The Government is seeking access to existing commercial facilities.
Competition among up to 8 holders, no guaranteed orders. The $9 million ceiling is an estimate shared by all BPAs and is not a guarantee of orders. This is an estimate and not a guarantee of orders.
Conflicting wording and dates. The notice says it is not seeking quotes yet also lists a March 2026 closing, and mentions general construction services, so confirm the process with the contacts. The U.S. Government is not seeking quotes at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this synopsis.
Full requirements in attachments. The Statement of Objectives and the final RFQ with evaluation criteria are separate documents. Commercial Range SOO Combined Synopsis Document
