Things to watch

From the version posted Oct 26, 2026.

SeriousWorth checkingMinor

  • Worth checking: Must confirm you can supply every item. The questions ask you to confirm you can provide all three panel sizes, so a firm that can make only some sizes may not fit as written.
  • Minor: Sources sought only, no solicitation. No quotes or proposals are being taken, and the notice does not promise an order; a response only helps the Army choose its buying approach.
  • Minor: Quantities given without a unit of issue. The specs sheet lists QTY 383, QTY 1,005 and QTY 459 but no unit of issue (each, set, box), so a per-unit price can't be worked out yet.

Should you respond?

Usually yes, if you could do this work. The agency is asking who could do it before it writes the solicitation. A short reply (who you are, similar work you've done, how you'd approach it) costs nothing, and enough small businesses replying can get the work set aside for them.
