THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS IN DETERMINING THE AVAILABILITY OF VENDORS ABLE TO PERFORM THE ATTACHED REQUIREMENT. **NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT** **DO NOT SUBMIT A QUOTATION OR PROVIDE COST AND PRICING DATA** **NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME** ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE POSSIBLE FUTURE ACQUISITION. THE CURRENT INTENT IS TO SOLICIT THIS REQUIREMENT AS A 5 YEAR ORDERING PERIOD BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT, BUT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON RESPONSES RECIEVED. Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota is seeking sources qualified vendors interested in providing services to perform the cleaning, maintenance and pumping of Grease Traps, Sand Traps, and Oil Water Separators located across Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THIS PROJECT WHEN IT IS FORMALLY ADVERTISED, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A RESPONSE TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS If your firm has an interest in proposing on future requirements as described above, and believe they can meet the requirements, you are invited to submit, in writing, a complete capabilities package. Provide responses NO LATER THAN 15 Oct 2026 at 12:00pm MST to aaron.fox_snider@us.af.mil and laurie.lykken.1@us.af.mil . At a minimum capability statements shall state skills, experience, and knowledge required to perform this type of work. Include the following: 1. Company name, address, point of contact (POC), telephone number, email address, website, and CAGE Code. 2. Company's business size and/or socioeconomic status (i.e. Small Business, SBA Certified 8A Program Participant, SBA Certified HUB Zone Firm, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Woman-Owned Small Business). 3.
