Things to watch (4)
From the version posted Oct 15, 2026.
- Worth checking: Another sources sought notice is planned. The Government says it is reviewing industry feedback and will issue an additional sources sought notice, so the requirement may change before any solicitation.
- Worth checking: Veteran-owned businesses are the stated focus of the market research. SAM.gov does not state a set-aside, but the notice seeks Service-Disabled Veteran Owned and Veteran Owned small businesses, so a later buy may be limited to them.
- Worth checking: Missouri Seed Permit needed before award. A vendor without a current Missouri Seed Permit could be ineligible for the planned award.

- Worth checking: Each of four varieties must meet the germination standard on its own. A blend average does not count, so you need four A-List varieties that each test at least 90% germination.
