SeriousWorth checkingMinor

  • Worth checking: No response instructions in the notice text. The text doesn't say what to send, where, or in what format; check the attachments and the notice page on SAM.gov for the contact.
  • Worth checking: Work at many Army sites across CONUS. Inspections and staff assistance visits cover all Soldier Recovery Units and Definitive Care Units, so travel to many locations is likely part of the job.
  • Minor: Sources sought only. SAM.gov lists this as a sources sought notice, which gathers interest and does not take offers.

Should you respond?

Usually yes, if you could do this work. The agency is asking who could do it before it writes the solicitation. A short reply (who you are, similar work you've done, how you'd approach it) costs nothing, and enough small businesses replying can get the work set aside for them.
