Things to watch (5)
From the version posted Oct 19, 2026.
- Worth checking: Market research only, not a solicitation. No contract can be won from this notice; it only helps the Air Force decide how to buy and whether to set the work aside.
- Worth checking: Must work with fielded CACI Mastodon Beast+ system. The system must be compatible with equipment already in use, which a business without that technology may not be able to show.
- Worth checking: Hardware must meet tight size, weight and range specs. The system must be man-packable at 25 lbs or less in a small box and cover 500 KHz to 6 GHz, so a business needs real test data or a working product.
Show all 5Show fewer
- Minor: Delivery of 2 units within 6 months is requested. Responses may show the ability to deliver 2 units within 6 months after receipt of order, so a business needs a ready product or short build time.
- Minor: Small business subcontracting limits must be addressed. Respondents must explain how they would meet the limits on subcontracting and the non-manufacturer rule if the work is set aside for small business.
