Things to watch (5)
- Worth checking: Fixed price, no added funds. The order is fixed price and no more money is available, so your quote must cover all costs of the tubing and testing.
- Worth checking: Price and lead time left to the PO. The statement of work says price and lead time are per the purchase order, and no delivery date is given, so ask what lead time they expect.
- Worth checking: Seamless tubing only. Welded or welded-and-drawn tube is rejected, so a supplier must be able to furnish true seamless 21-6-9 tube.

- Minor: Questions were due Nov 3, 2026. Check the amendments for the agency's answers.
- Minor: Country of origin required with quote. Your quote must state where the tubing is made.
