The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 314910 with 500 emp. size standard. Usage of a less capable provider in place of Big Top Manufacturing, LLC. would result in significant negative operational impacts to MCAS Beaufort. There is a exisiting shelter that requires side panel sets, hot dip galvanization and additional resources. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, and no solicitation will be issued; however, any small-business firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notice to the Contracting Officer in the form of a capability statement.
