Technical Data Package: A link to the TDP will be available when the solicitation is released. The TDP is EXPORT CONTROLLED, Distribution D Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL): You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification / Program (JCP) (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation. For technical assistance in doing business with the Government, and doing business electronically, please visit the Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) website at http://www.aptac-us.org/ to locate a regional center.
