Amendment 4 - Amendment 4 is hereby issued as BAA Call 001A-2026 for White Papers. This amendment is for the two newly added UAS Test Sites (Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Emerging Aviation Technology Center (OK) and Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IN). The due date for questions is no later than 26 March 2026, 3:00 PM EST via email to Scott.E.Raber@faa.gov. The submission of Whitepapers for Call 001A-2026 is 9 April 2026, 3:00 pm EST via email to Scott.E.Raber@faa.gov. No other changes result from Amendment 4. . ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 3- Amendment 3 is hereby issued to answer the questions that were received in response to BAA Call for White Papers 001-2026. The questions and answers are hereby incorporated in Amendment 3 and are attached to this posting.
