From the noticeThis Request for Information (RFI) is issued to conduct market research and identify potential sources capable of providing bulk jet fuel transportation services for United States (U.S.) Forces in Germany. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information on industry capabilities to meet the requirement for fuel delivery services across both Eastern and Western Germany. This is an RFI only. This is not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.
