The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics, Technology Acquisition Center, located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, New Jersey awarded a sole source, firm-fixed price contract, purchase order number 36C10B26C0093, on September 25, 2026 to HomeFront Security LLC, 1 PALACE CT, MANORVILLE, NEW YORK 11949, United States, on the basis of other than full and open competition for the procurement of Brand Name Pelco Police Enterprise Security System Upgrade as implemented by Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) VA Deviation 6.103-5 In accordance with RFO 6.103-5(e) contracts awarded under 6.103-5 do not require the written justifications and approvals described in FAR Overhaul 6.104 unless the award is a sole-source 8(a) contract over $30 million. . For this action, 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), known as the Veterans First Contracting Program provides the authority to directly contract with a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB).
