The Defense Logistics Agency (DCSO Columbus, Fort Belvoir, VA) has an open Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for strategic materials work. Amendment 001 adds supply chain assessments and project scoping items and updates an exhibit chart. The BAA is open from January 30, 2026 to January 30, 2029, and vendors first send white papers.
Watch out for
- White paper cutoff earlier than listed deadline. White papers close May 1, 2028, well before the January 30, 2029 BAA end, so a late white paper is not reviewed.
White papers submitted after May 1, 2028 will not be considered and will not be reviewed.
- Awards must happen before BAA end date. Accepted white papers or proposals not awarded by the BAA end date must be resubmitted under a new BAA.
All evaluations of white papers or proposals will cease on August 1, 2028.
