- Heavy paperwork for a small cleaning job. You must write a quality control plan, an accident prevention plan under the Army Corps safety manual EM 385-1-1, daily inspection reports, a chemical and SDS list, and weekly safety meeting reports.
- Site visit on October 22. The text does not say whether the site visit is required, so plan to attend or ask the contracting office.
Site Visit will be held October 22, 2026 at 9:30 AM CST
- Option 1 description names a different office. The Option 1 paragraph in the pricing schedule says Millwood Lake Project Office, while the base and Option 2 say DeQueen Lake Project Office, which may be a typo to confirm with the contracting officer.
