An updated copy of the solicitation is also provided. Previously submitted proposals will not be evaluated/considered. Offerors shall submit a proposal in response the solicitation (as of this amendment). Offerors shall utilize exhibits provided in this amendment. Information provided in previous amendments (1 - 3) should be disregarded.
