- Section 2: technical information (product description, protection performance, operational suitability, maintenance, user acceptance and fit, wildfire smoke data, logistics and field support)
- Section 3: rough order of magnitude pricing in U.S. dollars, stating the pricing basis (list, GSA, discount, distributor) and the date the prices are valid
- Responses by any method other than email will not be accepted
