On 25 September 2026, the Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), awarded a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firm-fixed-price commercial purchase order (W15QKN26PA122) under Request for Quotations (RFQ) W15QKN26QA126. The award was made to Veracruz Enterprises LLC (UEI: JPYAVTDE7AV3, CAGE: 9LHB7), located in Duncanville, Texas. The requirement encompasses commercial grounds maintenance services—including recurring mowing, trimming, brush hogging, unpaved area maintenance, planting bed maintenance, mulching, pruning, and fall leaf removal—in support of the 99th Readiness Division across five (5) U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC) facilities located in Pennsylvania (Butler, Greensburg, Kittanning, New Kensington, and Pittsburgh).
