The United States Army Contracting Command - Rock Island at Fort Dix (ACC-RI-DIX), Warfighter Support Division, on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (99th RD), has awarded contract number W15QKN-26-P-A068 procuring construction services to remove and replace HVAC system and modernize building controls to be performed at the SSG Isadore S. Jachman United States Army Reserve Center (USARC), located at 12100 Greenspring Avenue, Owings Mills, MD 21117-1610. All work shall be completed within 270 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Contract W15QKN-26-P-A068 was issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside on 25 September 2026 to American Contracting Solutions LLC of Georgetown, Deleware, in the total amount $2,225,361.18.
