The US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District (USACE) is seeking contractors to renovate Building 736 at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Building 736 is a 40,640 Square Foot (SF), three story, permanent construction barrack facility was built in the 1960s and currently houses basic training/one station unit training (BT/OSUT) trainees. A design was completed by the Kansas City District Corps of Engineers in April 2019 and updated in accordance with UFC changes in June of 2024. This requirement will consist of selective demolition and renovation and modernization of one barracks building and associated sitework at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.This project includes renovation of a 40,640 SF Barracks Building and construction of an addition of approximately 3,000 SF addition to the building, and associate fine grading, landscaping, and other site work per the plans and specifications provided.
