The U.S. Air Force 48th Contracting Squadron is building a pool of construction contractors under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for work at RAF Mildenhall, RAF Lakenheath and RAF Feltwell in Suffolk, UK. Work is ordered through task orders, and applications are accepted and evaluated throughout the life of the agreement.
Watch out for
- Work performed in the United Kingdom. Overseas work brings extra logistics, base access and local compliance costs that can be hard for a small U.S. business.
Work locations include RAF Mildenhall, RAF Lakenheath, and RAF Feltwell, United Kingdom (UK).
- No set-aside. The agreement is open to all sizes of firm, so small businesses compete with larger contractors for task orders.
- Application rules are in attachments. The requirements, evaluation procedures and clauses are in attachments not shown in the text, so you cannot judge fit from the notice alone.
Read from the notice text only.
