Notice of Award The Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration, Office of Environmental and Technical Assistance Program awarded one (1) Cooperative Agreement for this project. The awardee will conduct an Evaluation Justification on the impact of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Net Zero Framework (NZF).
