The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity issued a single award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (SAIDIQ) contract M68909-25-D-7904 for Operations, Maintenance, and Technical Services (OMTS). This contract was a direct award to an eligible 8(a) Business Development Program participant that is a certified Alaskan Native Corporation (ANC) in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.8 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 219.800 and the Department of War (DoW) and U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 8a Partnership Agreement (PA) delegating contract execution to the DoW under the authority of 15 U.S.C. Section 636(j) and 637(a). This contract provides support services for the amphibious and ground combat vehicle systems, robotic and autonomous systems, and other littoral platforms that are crucial for enabling informed acquisition decisions. The support services shall be performed at Camp Pendleton, California. This non-competitive award was executed in accordance with FAR 6.302-5(a)(2)(i) and the 8(a) Business Development program guidelines under FAR 19.8.
