- Manufacture an over-the-calf combat boot sock with cushioning, graduated compression and a non-slip top cuff
- At least 52% wool (no coarser than US 60s, 25 microns or finer), at least 20% nylon and at least 1% spandex, with no cotton or rayon
- Nylon-reinforced gore heel and toe, arch support and a seamless or low-profile toe closure
- Meet the Table II performance tests (bursting strength, dimensional stability, compression, wicking, colorfastness, pilling)
- Four color classes: olive drab green, black, Coyote 498 and undyed, in sizes small to extra large
- Socks must withstand up to 50 launderings and be packaged as pairs with size, fiber content and UPC labels
- Be ready to supply samples later and show you can produce socks meeting the purchase description
