NAVFAC Southwest plans to award a firm-fixed-price design-bid-build construction contract for new airfield paving at Naval Air Station North Island, Coronado, California, for the CMV-22B aircraft squadron. It is open to all sizes of company (no small business set-aside), with an estimated price range of $25 million to $100 million.

The estimated price range for construction is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
- No small business set-aside. The government found fewer than two capable small businesses, so the work is open to all sizes.
the Government did not final a minimum of two verified, capable, small business contractors
- Pre-proposal conference and site visit. A pre-proposal conference with a site visit will be held; missing it could hurt your ability to price the work.
A pre-proposal conference including site visit will be conducted.
- Award without discussions. The government may award without negotiating, so your first proposal needs to be your best.
