Award of SOLICITATION W912LN26QA022 -Vermont Army National Guard Regional Training Institute Full Food Service IDIQ. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, certified personnel, food products, expendable supplies, food preparation, serving line operations, progressive and end-of-day facility sanitation, commercial dishwashing utilizing reusable dinnerware, and administrative compliance necessary to execute Full Food Service operations at the 124th Regional Training Institute Dining Facility (Lafayette Building 10), in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), TB MED 530 (Tri-Service Food Code), and FDA Food Code guidelines. Pricing shall be fully burdened on a Firm-Fixed-Price per meal basis. (Ordered via individual Task Orders in accordance with the PWS and 14-Day Cycle Menu. Meals to be provided are Hot Breakfast; Hot Lunch; Hot Dinner; and Bagged Meals IAW the PWS. Price based on unit price of each and quantiy of 65,000 meals.
