The Health Resources and Services Administration has awarded a competitive, full and open, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for highly specialized scientific methodologies, systematic clinical evidence reviews, and core programmatic support for the Newborn Screening Recommended Uniform Screening Panel (RUSP). This solicitation was issued as a Multiple-Award IDIQ; however, following evaluation of proposals, a single award has been executed. This notice reflects the award of the parent IDIQ contract vehicle, with a maximum cumulative ceiling value of $15,111,361.10. Concurrently with this base award, the initial Task Order has been executed in the amount of $1,993,225.49, which satisfies the contract's minimum guarantee and initiates performance. Note: This is a post-award notice only; no solicitations or proposals are being requested.
