Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office will be issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Design Build Requirement to Remediate Old Garage at the VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System, Reno, Nevada. This procurement is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $45M. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 12 and 36. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is October 19, 2026. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Site Visit: A site visit will be scheduled, and the date will be posted with the Request for Quotation.
