This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA448626Q0013 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for Grounds Maintenance Services, for the 65th Air Base Group, Terceira, Azores, Portugal. This acquisition is not a set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Proposal Due Date: Monday, 26 October 2026, at 14:00 Azores Time (AZOT / UTC-01:00) (which is 15:00 WET / Lisbon Time). Amendment 0001: This amendment modifies the solicitation to update Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) descriptions for the base and all option periods to align with the revised Price Schedule.
