This is a notice of award of FA255026P0030, HSQ EMCS Support Services IAW RFO 5.301. (1) A description of the supplies or services. This requirement is for Schriever SFB HSQ EMCS Maintenance. This requirement includes the following services: firmware updates, software updates, graphics updates, automation controls analysis & optimization, emergency on-line response and emergency on-site response services. This is a sole source award and the Justification and Approval can be found in the attachments. This will be posted for 30 days to satisfy the requirements of RFO 6.301. (2) Contracting office and address. 50th Contracting Squadron, PKB. 210 Falcon Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80912. (3) Contractor receiving the award. HSQ Tech, Inc, XJ18HAJRQ975 (4) Contract award dollar amount. Base plus four option years and 6-month extension of services $790,929.08. (5) Contract award date. 9/25/2026
