It is intended for a similar requirement to be issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) on GSA Federal Supply Schedule 871-1, Professional Engineering Services (PES) by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Golden Field Office (GFO) in support of the office of Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy (EERE).
