Watch out for
- Davis-Bacon wages apply. You must pay at least the posted prevailing wages and handle certified payroll paperwork, which affects pricing.
Davis Bacon Act (DBA) is applicable, and the appropriate DBA Wage Determination(s) will be included in the solicitation.
- Possible site visit. A site visit may be held and attendance is strongly encouraged to understand cost factors.
Offerors are highly encouraged to attend any scheduled site visit
- Award may not go to the lowest price. This is a best value award, so a low price alone may not win.
The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror(s).
