The VA's Network Contracting Office 20 is doing market research (a sources sought, not a bid request) for fuel tank testing at the Puget Sound VA's Seattle and American Lake campuses in Washington. The title says 'Base Plus Four', so a base period plus four option years is likely if a contract follows.
