Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 9 of 9 Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 2 General Summary: Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5 (NCO 5), is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice in order to identify vendors that are interested in and capable of providing maintenance, repair, and replacement of Plumbing Systems, HVAC-R Systems, Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, and Control Systems at VA Medical Centers located in Beckley, Clarksburg, and Huntington WV. Primary locations are the Beckley VA Medical Center, Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center (Clarksburg), and Hershel "Woody" Williams VA Medical Center (Huntington). Additional information on VA facilities can be found at https://www.va.gov/find-locations/ . Description of Work: Multiple firm-fixed unit price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) will be established to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) repair and maintenance services across Beckley VA Medical Center, Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center (Clarksburg), Hershel "Woody" Williams VA Medical Center (Huntington), and with a surge capacity to service all associated clinics. The contractor shall furnish all necessary qualified personnel, supervision, materials, equipment, and services to perform the tasks in the Statement of Work prepared for each Task Order. The scope encompasses maintenance, repair, and replacement of the systems below. All prime and subcontractor personnel must have appropriate licensures and certifications. All materials, equipment, software, and labor provided must be warranted by the prime contractor for one year from operational start. All facility parts, materials, or software must be approved by the VA prior to installation; obsolete or proprietary systems are not permitted. All work products and project bid information created under this contract becomes the sole intellectual property of the VA. Period Of Performance and Value: Multiple straight 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) will be awarded, each consisting of five ordering periods. These BPAs will facilitate the issuance of firm fixed price BPA call orders over a total period of five years. Task Orders will be project-specific, with most expected to range between $10,001 and $100,000, and an individual Task Order ceiling of approximately $300,000. The total estimated contract capacity over the life of the BPA is projected to be $9,000,000.
