This notice serves to document the award announcement via SAM.gov that on 29 September 2026, Raytheon Missile and Defense (RTX), Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $69,051,583 Contract Award (N00024-23-C-5408 P00017) for Standard Missile 2 (SM-2) Test Equipment and Standard Missile 6 (SM-6) Material and Inventory efforts. This effort will support the procurement of critical spares and development of test equipment for SM-2 and SM-6. This contract is funded with U.S. Navy funds. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(7) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-7, public interest exception to full and open competition. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity. Interested subcontractors should reach out to the prime contractor for subcontractor opportunities.
