This is a Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with RFO FAR part 12. This notice and the attachments constitute the solicitation. Solicitation No. 75H70926Q00012 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Pharmacy Reverse Distribution Service for the Billings Area Indian Health Service. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. This procurement is unrestricted/full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 424210 Drugs and Druggists’ Sundries Merchant Wholesalers with a small business size standard of 250 employees. Pursuant to Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 4.203-1(b), firms must be System for Award Management (SAM) registered at the time their bid is submitted.
