Note: Request for Information (RFI) also known as (a.k.a.) Sources Sought is terminology that will be used interchangeably throughout this synopsis. This RFI is for planning purposes to identify qualified and experienced sources for an anticipated firm-fixed price service contract under NAICS code 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, size standard $15.0 M. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Workforce Development (WFD) Division requires a contractor to provide thirteen (13) virtual Microsoft (MS) Power Platform Courses (Power Automate, Power BI, and Data Analytics) to the Federal Employee workforce throughout the Enterprise located in multiple time zones. Additional details about the service requirement are included in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW describes only the current contemplated possible scope of services and may vary from the scope that is included in a final SOW included in any Request for Quotations (RFQ) if issued. Schedule: The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month period from the effective date of award. Performance is expected to begin on or about 10/26/2026. Subject to FAR Clause 52.215-3, entitled "Solicitation for Information of Planning Purpose," this announcement constitutes a sources sought synopsis for written information only. This is not a solicitation announcement or request for quote (RFQ): a contract will not be awarded from this RFI/Sources Sought synopsis. This sources sought synopsis is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. Standard company brochures will not be reviewed. Submissions are not to exceed ten (10) typewritten pages, single-spaced, in no less than 12 font size.
