AI summary Beta
The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service is doing market research (sources sought, not a solicitation) to see who can provide operator certification exam prep training for tribal water, wastewater and utility operators from an EPA-recognized certification body. It is checking whether an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) or total small business set-aside is possible. Responses are due by email on October 16, 2026.
Watch out for

Does your company have an existing EPA authorized operator certification program
- Wide travel footprint. Sessions are at mostly rural sites across the continental U.S. and Alaska, which adds travel cost.
