Award was made to Crowley Holdings, LLC under Contract No. 191BWC26C0096 in the total firm fixed price amount of $179,400.00. Crowley Holdings, LLC’s quotation was determined to be the lowest priced technically acceptable quotation and otherwise compliant with the solicitation requirements.
