NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka wants a single contractor to provide 24/7 towing, recovery and winching services at Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz in Guam under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The set-aside is for small businesses. Offers are due 15 October 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Japan time after Amendment 0001 extended the date.
Watch out for
- 24/7 availability. Round-the-clock towing and recovery on a military base in Guam needs enough equipment and staff on call at all times.
24/7 towing, recovery, and wincing services
- Amended solicitation. Amendment 0001 changed the due date, the Performance Work Statement, Attachment 02 and added clauses, so older copies are out of date.
This amendment also updates the Performance Work Statement, Attachment 02, Block 10, and adds clauses 52.222-43 and 52.247-27.
