The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), part of the Army Corps of Engineers, has a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for research and development in many topic areas, such as hydraulics, dredging, geotechnical engineering, environmental issues and computer science. It is continuously open, and pre-proposals can be sent at any time. Details are on the ERDC BAA website.
Watch out for
- Submission rules are off-notice. How to submit and what topics are wanted are on an outside website, so read it before investing time.
